“So this goes out to all the foreign ARMYs who try to learn and study Korean to understand what we’re saying and what we’re talking about, and you know, to actually get, to reach their 100% of purity, like the texture of the language, and I know how, the amount of hardness, to learn a language that’s foreign, so I always… I’m never going to take it for granted, for your effort, and your trying hard to, for the love and study, and the time to love us and I will always appreciate it. And I love you, too. Thank you.” — RM of BTS, on “It’s 5pm, and this is Kim Namjoon”
It’s been almost a year since I posted here last; a lot has happened, but I never really felt like much of it was relevant enough to post.
But I do now have another idea of what to make this blog about! I love learning new languages, and I know one of the best ways to learn a new language is to try to find music or stuff that you want to listen to or read in the target language, and go from there. So! I’m going to start finding stuff in German or Chinese that I want to listen to or ingest and go from there. (Or maybe Korean O:-) I’ve found a lot of stuff of Blackpink and BTS’ that I enjoy, too, so… yeah ;-))
Anyway, it’s late, but I’ve been wanting to put this post together for a while, so you’ll just have to wait if this sounds like something you’re interested in :).
